The AHS Exercise Program is back!
This is an outdoor exercise program suited to meet all different levels and abilities. It is a no pressure and supportive class offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm for the summer months, weather pending. Please ensure you bring with you proper attire (workout clothing and running shoes), a water bottle and a yoga mat (recommended but not required). Due to the nature of the class, we do suggest you check in if the weather is questionable. We will most likely send out a notice if any class is cancelled due to inclement weather.
