What Is Holistic Lifestyle Coaching?
As a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, my focus is not on treating disease but on CREATING HEALTH. The body works as a system and my job is to help my clients get to the root of their concerns, rather than offering a surface-level fix that will only solve problems temporarily.
My mission is to help create a happier and healthier world through implementation of quality eating, functional fitness and a toolbox of techniques for increasing peace and joy.
Using holistic appraisal questionnaires, we will get to the root issues and build a personalized approach through healthy lifestyle habits, food plans and fitness routines. Ultimately working to design a holistic and sustainable lifestyle that will result in optimal, lifelong wellness.
I want to help you discover:

- the exercises that help you move the easiest through your day
- the habits that will bring the most peace and joy to your world
Throughout this process, we will also be working to reduce/eliminate any pain you’re currently dealing with, any excess weight you’re carrying and any stress you’re experiencing.
